Rose under dome was as described

I ordered a Rose Éternelle sous Cloche. The ordering process was straightforward on their website. It arrived in about 6 days, which was fine, and the packaging was very secure, preventing any damage to the dome or the rose itself. The rose looks just like the pictures, vibrant and well-preserved. It seems like good quality and definitely adds a nice touch to the room. I didn't need customer support, so can't comment on that part.

I got a rose dome sent to NYC last month, took about a week and a half maybe? No issues with customs, it was packaged really well.

Yeah, they ship internationally but it's not super fast. Plan for at least a week to ten days, could be more if customs decides to be slow. They do package them really securely though, so transit damage isn't usually an issue.

I've bought from both Fleurs Roses and The Million Roses. Quality is comparable for the roses themselves, but Fleurs Roses seems to have a wider variety of designs, especially with the domes and bears.

Honestly, they're all pretty similar. It often comes down to who has the specific color or arrangement you want, or if one has a better sale going on. The roses are all preserved with similar methods afaik.
